As we discussed in our May 30th Resident Meeting, the HOA Board of Directors is seeking your opinion on good characteristics for a management company. The management company manages all aspects of operations for our HOA, including board elections, annual assessments, accounting, maintenance oversight, compliance enforcement and customer service. It also interfaces with neighboring associations and municipalities on our behalf. The Board has engaged a few residents to assist us in interviewing and reviewing proposals from seven prospective bidders. Any of the seven bidders could do the job, but they vary in organization, practices, methods and costs. While the board intends to find the best balance of service and cost, we would love to hear from you about what you feel is important.
