Chief Buddy Wilks of the Cahaba Valley Fire Department will be at our meeting to give us an update on the CVFD. Our Shelby County Commissioner, Rick Shepherd, will also be present at our meeting. Hope to see you there!
The annual meeting of the Brook Highland Homeowners Association will be held Thursday, October 24th at 6:00 pm in the Community Room at The Church at Brookhills. The primary purpose of the annual meeting is to elect the Board of Directors. A letter announcing the meeting has been mailed to all residents. If you are interested in being on the Board, please return the candidate form attached to the letter to Neighborhood Management by October 11th. A subsequent letter will be sent out with instructions for voting. You will be able to either mail in your ballot, vote online, or at the meeting.
The current Board of Directors will provide an HOA update at the meeting and a copy of the draft 2025 budget.
