A meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday evening (November 19, 2024) at The Church of Brook Hills. This meeting is for those residents who feel they will be affected by the upcoming Birmingham Water Works Board (BWWB) project to renovate the dam on Lake Purdy. Construction traffic will utilize the existing access road from US Hwy 119 that loops between Lake Purdy and Brook Highland (near Wingfield Trace). Part of the first part of the project will include improvements on the access road.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 PM in Room C122. Please enter from the parking lot through Door #2.
NOTE: The Church of Brook Hills does have other functions previously scheduled at the church Tuesday night.
