UPDATE – The Birmingham Planning and Zoning Commission will discuss the 280 unit multi-family development proposed at 7221 and 7277 Cahaba Valley Road. The meeting will be at 3:30 pm, Wednesday, October 22nd at City Hall (710 North 20th Street).

The Annual Resident Meeting will be held at 6:00 pm CDT on Thursday, October 30th in the Community Room of The Church at Brookhills. This meeting is required by our By-Laws for the purpose of electing the Board of Directors. Please monitor your mail for candidate and voting information prior to the meeting. Attendance is not required to vote. Advance voting via mail, email or online is encouraged. If we have your email address on file, you should receive an email from no-reply@pageperpage.com with a unique link to vote.
Halloween will be observed on Friday, October 31st. Please be respectful of both residents and pedestrians. Tips on Halloween were recently posted on this website.
Public Meetings – Occasionally the HOA is contacted directly about public meetings or projects that have immediate impact to our neighborhood. More often, we find out from local media or residents. Although agendas are not always published in advance, information may be available by contacting them or through media outlets.
