About

Brook Highland is a neighborhood in northern, unincorporated Shelby County, Alabama, established in 1988, developed in phases over multiple years, and was turned over to the residents for self-management in October 2022. The property is subject to the purview of the Brook Highland Homeowners Association, Inc, as governed by the corresponding Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Protective Covenants. The neighborhood consists of approximately 795 single-family residences. Homes are mostly 1-1/2 or 2 story, medium-sized homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms. Lot sizes are on the order of ½ acre or larger. It has public streets, with two entrances. The HOA common property consists of: a front entrance (Brick walls, decorative gate house, boulevard island, and associated landscaping). 4 cul-de-sac islands and a large vacant lot with a retention pond (not currently maintained or used for enjoyment purposes).

Brook Highland Homeowners’ Association

In the Fall of 2022, the Brook Highland Homeowners’ Association Board of Directors was transitioned to the residents from Eddleman and Associates. The HOA is managed by Neighborhood Management, LLC. The current Board of Directors can be contacted by emailing HOA@BrookHighland.org. Please feel free to contact them if you have any questions or would like to advocate for any neighborhood issues. Visit the HOA Board of Directors page for more info.
